Off-season · proposed
Lawn care is seasonal. Your bill should be too.
Most northern crews earn the bulk of the year between April and October and go quiet from November to March. You shouldn't pay peak rates in the dead of winter.
Drop to a lower tier or pause the account, keep every note, lead, template and setting, and bring the crew back for spring.
Two months free is built around the seasonal calendar: buy in winter, onboard your techs January through March, and be ready before the first callout.
Every plan includes
The whole technician product, at every size.
Plans differ in how many people can use it and what the office gets. They never differ in what the technician can do.
- Dictation that knows the tradeCondition and service names are recognized, not mangled.
- Photo identificationTwo or three ranked names to tap — or "None of these" to answer a few questions instead.
- The question rounds"None of these" turns the card into a few tappable questions.
- A note assembled from your services and the libraryReworded by a model only behind a sentence-level check against the facts.
- Public condition pagesOne plain page per condition for the customer to read, linked from the note.
- A lead per untreated findingCreated in the office pipeline when the tech approves the note, never before.
- The lead pipelineOpen, contacted, quoted, won, lost — and "Needs a call" after 7 quiet days.
- ROI by technician, condition and monthWon dollars attributed to whoever flagged them.
- Offline captureVisits queue on the phone and sync when signal returns.
- Your services and pricesThe note names the service you offer. A price appears only if you turn it on, and only your own list price.
- Dark and cream screensEach technician picks what reads best in their light.
- Your data stays yoursEvery company is isolated at the database level. No one else's techs can see your customers.

Pricing questions · proposed answers
Small print, in plain words.
When can we start?
Not yet. GroundBoost is in private field testing with a few companies. Join the waitlist and we'll write when it opens up; nothing on this page is a live offer.
What counts as a technician?
Anyone who records a visit in a given month. Office staff who only work the pipeline use office seats, which are separate and included with your tier. A tech who leaves mid-season stops counting the month they stop recording.
What happens when I hit 4 techs?
You move from Starter to Crew at your next billing cycle. Tiers are set by technician count; crossing a boundary in either direction takes effect the following cycle, never mid-month.
What about the off-season?
Pause or drop a tier for the winter and keep every note, lead and setting. Annual prepay includes two months free, which is built around the seasonal calendar. Proposed terms — see the section above.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing includes two months free and locks your rate. Monthly has no commitment and can be cancelled any time.
Can I cancel, and what happens to our notes?
Yes, any time on a monthly plan. They're your customers' records: your notes, leads and transcripts are exportable on request. Retention after cancellation will be set out in the Terms of Service before launch.
Are the "coming" features included?
No. Direct sync with field-service apps, text or email delivery to customers, and branded condition pages are on the roadmap, not in any plan. You only ever pay for what's live.
Where does our customers' data live?
In a database where each company's rows are walled off from every other company's at the database level, not just in the app. Customer names and addresses never appear on the public condition pages.
